Shipping Policy
All orders are processed as quickly as possible (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some delays may occur around the holidays due to a higher volume of orders.
Please note that we operate BOREAL BODY seasonally while doing other work in the community. It may take up to 14 days to prepare your order for shipping. If you need your product sooner, feel free to call Allison Skirtschak at (807) 632-2638 or reach us by email at borealbody@gmail.com
Local Delivery (Thunder Bay Area)
Local delivery is available within a 20 km radius of Canada Post in Thunder Bay, ON located at 901 Red River Rd. The minimum order price for local delivery is $30.00.
- For orders from $30.00 up to $60.00, the local delivery fee is $14.00
- For orders over $60.00 up to $150.00, the local delivery fee is $10.00
- Local delivery is free for orders over $150.00.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if you have opted in for paid tracking) you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact Canada Post to address the situation. If the situation has not been resolved, contact us at borealbody@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at borealbody@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
