We do not accept refunds or returns on our wildcrafted skincare products. However, if you have questions or concerns, please get in touch on our CONTACT US page or email us at borealbody@gmail.com and we are willing to discuss a resolution with you. We understand that every situation is different and we will address these issues on a case by case basis. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
